Release: 8.5.3
Reproducible: Always

Good afternoon all - has anyone had problems programatically sending an email on the server to a group with many nested levels? We're getting a "Document has invalid structure" error when the document is sent via a scheduled agent. It works fine if the agent is run manually i.e. on the client.

I remember a limit for local groups of 15K, however the total users within the nested groups are about 20. I'm unsure of the complete hierarchy of the nested groups without doing some research but I wondered what sort of limit is there if it exists?

The code is in a third party app so it's tricky to amend, and since the client has spent a long time organising their group structure for this workflow app, amending it would would be a last choice.

It sends successfully to other groups so there is definitely a problem with this group.

Any comments/guidance/confirmation welcome

DG
